Reiki training Next Level 1 Training Session Summer 2022

About Reiki Master Susan Ludwig:

I'm Lancaster native, mom of 3, Reiki Master, Yoga instructor, personal trainer and CEO of Crush PD Fitness. My first experience with Reiki was about 7 years ago. A friend of mine was taking the level 1 Reiki training course and asked if she could practice on me, I said yes and the experience was profound, I was very intrigued. Less than a year later, a friend of mine who is a surgeon told me that he performed Reiki on his patients. He claimed these patients healed faster, needed less pain medication and had less complications when he used Reiki after surgery. Needless to say, after hearing this, I was  hooked and ready to learn the art of Reiki. The main reason I started the Reiki training was to help the people I was already working with. But my love for Reiki was immediate, and it was a perfect fit in my life and work. As soon as I started my training I knew I wanted to become a Master/Teacher and share this healing gift with others. I currently use Reiki in my everyday life, on clients, friends, family, animals and more. I'm so thrilled to be offering my first ever Reiki training and I look forward to brining you into the Reiki family.

Our training sessions help people to learn to balance the mind, body and spirit with Reiki, a natural healing therapy that has been used around the world for centuries.

This ancient, hands on, energy healing technique has be scientifically proven to reduce stress, accelerate natural healing, improve physical and mental heath, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Researchers believe that using Reiki as a complementary therapy, can help clam the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing the body to heal through the relaxation response. 

This two day, intensive training will be held August 13 & 14 2022 and is a Reiki Level 1 certification course.

After this course you will be able to perform self treatments, provide treatments for others, perform reiki on pets, animals and more. There are three levels of Reiki training and Reiki providers usually do not begin practicing professionally until they have completed the second degree of Reiki training. (The level 2 training will be available and open to all who have completed the level 1 training). There are no prerequisites for the level 1 training. 

This course will include: 

• Two Restorative Yoga Classes with mini Reiki treatments
• History of Reiki
• Hand Positions for Self-Treatment, and Treatment of Others
• Lectures
• Hands on Practice
• Anatomy
• Level 1 Attunement
