CrushPD Fitness offers a variety of classes each week:

  • STRETCH & FLEXIBILITY - Combating rigidity and improving joint mobility through stretching.
  • LET'S DANCE - Gets you up and moving with easy to learn moves that improve balance and coordination
  • YOGA - Open to the community. A powerful athletic yoga flow.
  • RESTORATIVE YOGA - Open to the community. A relaxing hour, designed to restore and rejuvenate.
