Specialized Parkinson’s & neurological exercise. A supportive community. Closer to home.
Join us at Longwood Performing Arts Center in Kennett Square, with classes beginning October 2026!
We’re excited to bring CrushPD to Chester County and help meet the need for more specialized exercise opportunities for people living with Parkinson’s disease and other neurological conditions. Our new location is about more than adding another fitness class, it’s about creating a welcoming place where you can challenge yourself, connect with others, and find support from people who understand.
Exercise with purpose. Support that makes a difference.
Led by CrushPD founder Sue Reath, our classes bring together strength training, cardiovascular exercise, balance and coordination activities, mobility work, and cognitive challenges. Each class is designed to support the movements that matter in everyday life, with options to adapt exercises to different abilities and needs.
Whether you’re newly diagnosed, have been managing symptoms for years, or are looking for a more engaging way to stay active, you don’t have to be an athlete to get started. We’ll meet you where you are and encourage you to build from there.
After years of building our CrushPD community in Lancaster County, we can’t wait to bring that same energy, encouragement, and connection to Kennett Square. Expect purposeful movement, friendly faces, a little laughter, and a community that celebrates your efforts.
Come meet us and experience CrushPD for yourself!
